Special k protein plus?

Question

i have a few questions..

is the protein in special k protein plus actually a good form of protein?? if not, is there any other cereal that is low in carbs (protein plus only has 14 grams per serving) and high in protein? or are there any other forms of protein that are good for breakfast that do not include meat?

I am an omnivore so I eat meat but I think Special K is a good form of protein.
