Special link coding?

Question

I want my links (In myspace, so no java) on the hover, to have a colored bar behind them and the text switch sides.like this

have any idea on coding?

You can search for a site that has that tutorial, or find a myspace layout that has that kind of link, and copy their code, just change the colors around a bit. The 2nd choice is only if you have some HTML/CSS experience and know how to alter style codes and change fonts, colors, etc.

just set the anchor's display to block and the text-align to right on hover

(you will need to use css to do this, not html)

You mean no JavaScript, Java and JavaScript are two completely different languages, so don't get them confused. You can in fact have Java applets on your MySpace(doesn't help for this situation though.) You would have to do this with CSS/XSS coding.
