Special summon normal monsters?

i know there are cards to special summon low level normal monsters but is there any cards to help you special summon high level normal monsters ( 6 or 7 stars )

If I'm right, Your talking about Yu-Gi-Oh! and you could just use the card that put all the cards in your hand to the graveyard and use Monster Reborn. It's in the deck that the # headed metal dragon thingy comes in. This strat. works good if you use a card that puts all your cards out of play AFTER you got the cards you need and you have Gren Maju Da Eza on the feild.

well i always use lightning vortex then discard a high level

monster to the graveyard then use monster reborn to

bring it back.
