Special summonings in yugioh

can you special summon out rainbow dragon, d-hero dreadmaster, and d-hero dogma form the graveyard using monster reborn or some other card like it???

i tryed to do that in a GBA game n it only works if thair somened normely befor being sent to the grave otherwies thair gon from the duel!! ^_^

no you can only special summon certain kinds of monsters that dont have the effect this card can only be special summoned by whatnever

no you can't the only way you can special summon rainbow dragon is to have all 7 Cyrsal beast on the field or in your hand
