Specific heat problem ( question about change in temperature)

so im doing a specific heat problem and and tells me the steam is cooled from 128.5 degree celcius to 22.6 degree celcius. How do i calculate the temperature? is it suppose to be a negative? cause i know we take 22.6 subtract 128.5..
