Speck in eye?

Im 13 and have a floater in my eye. Ive gotten use to it now but i get a lot of things in my eyes and sometimes if i leave it alone it just stops bothering me. but lately in my other eye (left) ive noticed that there are a lot of dark specks on the white of my eye (5). do I need to seek medical attention?
