Speech Mark and @ sign transposition.

Question

All of a sudden, my @ key on the keyboard now does the speech mark when used with shift and the 2 key does the @ sign when used with shift. What has gone wrong? and how can I change them back? All of the other keys work properly.

Your keyboard has east european settins, go to

My computer > control panel > Regional and language option

in the bar of regional options press Advanced to change for your right keyboard.

It's in the US setting. Control Panel > Regional & Languages > on the first page change the top drop down to English (UK) and the bottom one [location] to United Kingdom. Apply and OK
