Speech at the end of dark knight ?

at the end of the dark knight, i think it was the commish or batman who gave a short speech on what batman's role is to gotham city. could you please tell me what they said?

Gordon: Because we have to chase him.

Gordon's Kid: He didn't do anything wrong.

Gordon: Because he's the hero Gotham deserves, but not the one it needs right now. So we'll hunt him. Because he can take it. Because he's not a hero. He's a silent guardian. A watchful protector. A dark knight.
