It should be something that YOU actually know how to do.

Do you have any hobbies or other interests that you could demonstrate?

Once you decide on the subject of your speech then deciding on appropriate visual aids will be easier.

Try "The circulation of the Blood". They can sit there feeling their pulse. A simple biology book will give you all the mechanics. A history book will give you graphic details of the discovery of this in the seventeenth century by Harvey. You have enough material for twenty minutes there. Charts should be easy to find which illustrate the passage of blood around the body. You can use this to illustrate how medecines are carried to the appropriate part of the body.
