Speech for Middle School Elections?

I am running for 7th grade class treasurer. I am having a really hard time coming up with a speech and I want it to have a little bit of humor. My school has really been bugging our previous student council about getting an electronic score board, and air conditioning for the ENTIRE school. Not just the office. I really need help with thinking of a slogan. My name is Paige Kersey, if that will help any. Please post ideas, suggestions, or maybe your previous speeches so I can get ideas.
