  1. Example: Smile

    Welcome parents and friends,

It is a joy to have you all here to celebrate the children's learning and development. I would like to assure you that since you have trusted our staff with your child that we are providing the best care for each and every child based on their individual needs. We are prepared to address any concerns that you have about your child and their growth and development as well as any suggestion that you may have to enhance your child's time with us. Thank you ..................

It does have to be long but informative, simple, catchy, and sincere....Best wishes MD

  2. Find a poem to read.

Include the children in the welcome. Give them small parts. Let them hold up letters to spell "Thank You!"

    But keep it all short.

  3. "Welcome Parents! We are so glad to see you here and you should know that you all have wonderful children. We haven't had a ton of probems on behalf of your childs wonderful behavior. Thank You and why don't we give a hand for all your great children."   Then you start claping. Have all the children stand up and bow. (you can work on that part teach that when sombody claps for them on stage to bow
