well, expand on, explain and reinforce your intro paragraph, give examples, question things and try to answer them. make sure the conclusion matches up with the middle and beginning.

  List three details that support your thesis statement.  For example (just off the top of my head):  1) material things are transitory;   2) happiness comes from achieving a goal; 3) money is not guaranteed to last.   Take your supporting details and devote one paragraph to each.  Add the opening and the conclusion, and you'll have your five-paragraph essay.
