Speed Bump markings?

Does anyone know if it is illegal to park on the white markings that come just before a speed bump (in the uk)?

is it legal to park on the highway ? anywhere , as it is not a car park .

I'm not sure, I've seen cars parked on speed bumps before. Whether it's legal or not I have no idea.

not to my knowledge. unless it has double yellows

If you are referring to the white zig-zags then YES it is illegal to park them, and even stop on them to drop a passenger off - well it is according to the Highway Code and the Police it is.
