Speed Grapher...how does the little girl get the obility to kiss and give the others there powers?

Does she have other powers of her own. Ive missed a bunch of the episodes.

Warning Spoilers:

If I recall correctly, Kagura has this special virus in her body that she spreads / infects to other people through kissing (I don't believe the series ever explains how she has gets it).  Other than that, she doesn't have much else as a "power."  Unless of course you count the drugs that her "captors" inject into her to keep her from reaching puberty (sorry, can't remember if puberty results in her death or loss of powers).
