Speedfan is telling me that one of my cores i running hotter than usual?

Question

I have speedfan open and it says "temp 1 57°" and "temp 2 51°", i dont think this is normal as i am only listening to music, but about 15mins ago i was backing up the ole hard drive to another hard drive, but i think it would have got cooler by now, Is that normal?

Your temps are fine, Speedfan considers very low temps to be "hot", as soon as it hits 50C.  You should be fine.  If you're concerned, invest in a front fan if you don't already have one, or a fan that goes into one of your PCI slots.

I use only Temp 3 reading which is correct because Temp 1 was showing -54 deg and Temp 2 was showing -2 deg!!! so I unchecked these two from Configure.
