Speeding Ticket...FINE???

Question

I received a ticket going under 15 in Deklab County, Georgia. The officer said no points, does anyone know the fine? Will my insurance increase? Will this be on my record?

None of that will happen if you dispute the ticket in court and win. See some detailed advice on the blog spot and determine if it pays for you to contest the ticket. Good luck.

look at the ticket, usually they say the mail-in/court-opt-out amount on it ...

if not, you should have a court date on it and should be able to call the courthouse ...  I would get a second opinion on the points, though ...  he may have meant license points and your insurance points may still go up and increase your rates ...
