Speeding Tickets/Insurance?

lets say i found a way to get 2 tickets completely taken cared of, no points on my insurance/license and no prayer for judgement (sorry if thats not the wording for it) because i found a lawyer to take care of it without it. If i have a lawyer to take care of the third ticket the same way, do i have to worry about the insurance going up, and will the first 2 tickets count against me even though i'm not on the prayer for judgement.

I'll be 19 in January of next year, i've only had my license for 6 months, and i got a ticket in 2 months, then another one in 3 or 4 months. I've found a lawyer for the first ticket for another county to take care of it so that its no points go on my license or ticket, and i found another lawyer for the second ticket for another county to do the same.

P.S. I live in North Carolina, just in case the laws are different.

  1. Sounds to me like you need to call someone and get a PrePaid Legal policy......could save you money in the long-run!

  2. If your lawyer really was able to get the tickets to have no points on your record then when the insurance company's pull up your record they won't see any tickets or points.  You should be good.  If your lawyer is that good I don't see why I wouldn't have him try the same for the third.  To be sure your record is clear you should be able to go to the bureau of motor vehicles and ask them to print you a copy of your record to review.

  3. Seems to me you are going to have points assessed for at least one if not all of the 3 tickets.  It is difficult to understand your question, though because of poor spelling and punctuation so I hope I have answered correctly.  Good luck
