Speeding fine?

im 16, had license for 5 months and live in the state of CT. i got caught going 61 on a 35 and have a court date. I was wondering if someone could tell me how much i am going to have to pay in fines or if there can be other possible consequences.

Every state is different.  Maybe you should slow down you havent been driving long enough to have your license taken away...

I am not sure if CT has a graduated license. If so the judge may revoke or suspend your license for a time as well as the fine, points and rise in insurance premiums.

you will have to pay your ticket and other than points on your license and the possibility of your insurance premium going up you will be okay
