  1. You were lucky, watch your speed next time.  That officer decided not to give you a ticket.  Saved you a lot of $$$.

  2. if you were caught you would be the owner of a speeding ticket cop cut you some slack and let you-go.buy a radar detector and dont speed

  3. He gave you the look for you to slow down and if he did not stop you and give you a ticket, then what would you be trying to look for, just drive slower and safe, you got lucky.

  4. Did he pull you over? No! Then you probably won't be getting a ticket. Slow down just the same.

  5. You won't know unless you get a ticket in the mail.

Handheld radar is typically only a radar unit only, and is not a photo radar device. Many police officers do not consider 10 mph over the limit to be reason for them to pull you over. Depending on the officer, their threshold may be 12 to 15 mph over the limit.

His "evil look" was probably just a visual warning for you to slow down.

  6. THE LAWS ARE FOR LAW-ABIDING CITIZENS. IF THE SPEED IS POSTED, IT SHOULD BE MAINTAINED. IF YOU SPEED, YOU TAKE A RISK OF BEING CAUGHT.....IF YOU ARE A NEWER DRIVER, WELCOME TO  R E A L I T Y ......

How about trying....  www.didigetcaught.com ?   lol

Actually no such website.......and by the way......last I heard, all cops carry guns to protect the public from criminal activity......try being a cop for just one week!

  7. I am fairly certain that in most states at least an office cannot give a ticket without attempting to stop the vehicle. If you did get a ticket, which is unlikely since you were only 10 mph over, you will receive it in the mail in 7-10 days. The dirty look was probably just to say, "slow it down", but no that he was giving you a ticket.

  8. Depending on the State .... City or Town....

If he didn't chase you down and give you a Ticket,

    YOU did NOT get caught......

Evil Looking at you ......... Might be his little  warning ...  2U

    HaHaHa,,,,,,,

OOOOOOH and to answer your main Question AFTER you receive then PAY your ticket it will be part of your driving record and will be on your states WEB site but you will have to PAY to see it. (((your record that is)))

If you don't pay you might show up on a Warrant List or page for that state... If you don't pay...

    Happy Trails...

  9. Can't believe you drive!
