Speeding in South australia?URGENT HELP NEEDED

i was driving ont he weekend and my passenger noticed a police car and i think i may have been 2 or 3 km/ph faster than the 60 km/ph zone. do you think i will get caught or do they have an allowance? i am only on my Provisional licence and i am really worried. PLEASE HELP!!!
