  1. 65 in a 40 should just mean a fixed penalty notice with a fine of £60.00 and 3 points on your licence. You will need to declare the penalty to your insurance company upon renewal which may affect your premiums particularly if you are a younger driver. I'd suggest being good until you have passed your 2 year mark and even then being careful when and where you put your foot down!!

  2. 16mph to 25mph over the posted limit

    £45-£100

    4 points.

  3. It would be different for every state and country.

I am in Melbourne Australia and got a fine for doing 110 kph in a 100 k zone.... I got fined $138.00 and lost 1 point.

  4. i think you get a 150 fine.

    why dont you google this?

  5. Doesn't your speedometer work?? can't you read the signs?? It is a fine based on each mile over the limit--25 miles an hour over the limit at 20 dollars each--500 plus court cost and 3 or 4 points. THAT IS HERE__I don't know where you live or how tough the judge will be. 25 over is quite a bit and the judge will probably hit you hard--just to teach you to pay attention and NOT speed. POINTS???---well the insurance company will probably add a surcharge for those points--maybe 100 a point for 3 years. They will see you as a BAD risk for such an infraction. Driving is a serious mature job...consider this an eye opening event. We all got tickets when we were kids--I did and lost my license 9 times--so I pay 6000 a year for a crummy old truck...and I am 60 years. Your record stays with you--so don't be a fool.... drive right.!!! old.

  6. SPEEDING TIGKET WHEN IT IS GIVEN THE PENALTY MUST HAVE BEEN SHOWN ON THE TICKET?
