Speeding ticket while test driving a new car????

Question

I got a speeding tkt while test driving the new subaru forester. the cop said I was doing 44 on a 25mph zone. My question is can I go to court and contest this ticket? or just pay the fine and charge it to experience?

I have no idea that the cops can pull you over while test driving a car. We had the dealers plate hanging too.

Ummmmm...I thought this only happened in commercials!...I guess the officer could've been a little lenient with you... but...Different folks...different strokes...pay the fine...buy your car...and stay under the speed limit...

You really can't be that dumb!  If your speeding - you pay the price whether your in your car, your mom's car, a hurse SPEEDING IS SPEEDING...

get some common sense before you buy the vehicle!!

Yes they can stop anybody driving anything if they are breaking the law. You can go to court but you will probably lose. Just suck it up and pay it and go on.......ujn
