for issuing of a summons? I was flashed back in May, and will not get a summons for another three months, I am told.

  1. 6 months and then its not valid


  2. Mine took nearly 6 months.

  3. Its usually within 3 weeks of getting flashed you get that ominous letter through your door.

  4. The summons must be issued within six months' of the date of the offence. If it is even one day over, the summons is invalid and you can NEVER be prosecuted for that offence.  

  5. looks like youve dodged it, maybe there was no film in it. (it would still flash)

  6. You should have got it by now

  7. By law you must have received your letter within 14 days of the camera catching you.
