Speedometer on my Buell quit working?

So my speedometer on my 05 Buell Blast just all of a sudden quit working. I thought it was the sensor, so I replaced it. It was working fine for a few days, but now it quit again. Now, I'm kind of clueless as to what the problem might be. I'd really appreciate any suggestions or recommendations you guys may have. Thanks!

Has it been lubed at all in the three years since it was sold? If not, that might be a clue.

have a good look on those connectors, its just a loose contact or broken wires and they are coated so its not easy to spot ,so check for continuity using multimeter.

I would try replacing the sensor again, if it worked fine after you replaced it.

buell blast single cyl=lots of shaking...look at anything electrical, expecially ground wires.  you may have only had a loose ground.
