Speedtouch 585V6, mapping ports doesn't

Question

speedtouch 585V6, mapping ports doesn't seem to work properly.I need port 343 mapped for my work vpn, done it on other brands of router but this one is getting the better of me, as it disconnects from the vpn after 30 seconds.
