  1. First of all, don't get mad......Check out some books by George Hayduke Jr.

    Secondly, you have to think positive thoughts and believe that you will be OK and that good things will happen to you.

  2. you make your own fortune in life. If you want to get ahead, your gonna have to work for it, it is not gonna get laid in your lap. if you want to get rid of negative things, your gonna have to do positive things. Dont blame others for your continual problems, just get out there and make it happen. No spells, no potions, just good old hard work dear.

  3. Step one is to come to terms with what happened over three years ago.  Step two is to accept responsibility for where you are in your life.  I understand that it can be tempting to blame someone/something else when our lives appear to be out of our control.  My suggestion is to discontinue this attitude where all of your misfortune is due to a supernatural cause.  Having an attitude that your life is bad because of some magic spell is a sure-fire way to remain miserable.  It will become nothng more than a self-fulfilling prophecy.

  4. Find some thing you enjoy doing and do it.  every time you feel down find some thing to look forward to.

  5. This spell is to Banish Negativity

    An excellent spell is to simply to take a hot bath and delicately place an egg in the tub with you. Be careful not to break it, just let it gently float around in the tub with you and banish your negative energy, whether it be sorrow, pain, fear, anger, stress, worry, etc.. When you exit the tub allow the water to drain before removing the egg.

  6. I agree with Dave--this is a case of you dwelling on what happened. Forget that job, chances are it had nothing to do with you, but you obviously think/wonder if it does...you worry about what it says about you as a worker in general. You need to face the fear--look those emotions in the eye and examine them: DID you do anything to deserve being let go? Or was it more a case of "somebody had to go and it just happened to be you"? Face them and you'll very often find that your demon isn't as horrible as you've been making it out to be. Seriously. Then count your blessings. Think positive and count the things that you do WELL. count those jobs that were GOOD. I promise you'll notice a difference if you can find the courage to do all of this.

  7. Burn Chicory, also known as blue sailors, succory, and coffeeweed. This will help banish negative emotions, as well as any negative energy that is surrounding you.

    Here is a temporary breathing method to counterbalance a negative condition. This is from a book Wisdom of the Mystic Masters:

    Separate your feet but keep them placed squarely on the floor. Sit erect and allow your hand to lie lossely in your lap or on your knees without touching each other. The index and middle finger and the thumb of each hand must be held touching each other in a sort of triangle composed of the first two fingers an dthumb. When you are finally relaxed, take a deep breath, hold it for a count of seven and then release it easily. After a short rest, repeat this, taking another deep breath and holding for the count of seven. Then rest and repeat this until you have done it seven times, after which change your position and put the whole procedure out of your mind.

  8. Start with believing in yourself and your talents.

  9. Depression

    Depression is a serious medical illness that involves the brain. It's more than just a feeling of being "down in the dumps" or "blue" for a few days. If you are one of the more than 20 million people in the United States who have depression, the feelings do not go away. They persist and interfere with your everyday life. Symptoms can include

        * Sadness

        * Loss of interest or pleasure in activities you used to enjoy

        * Change in weight

        * Difficulty sleeping or oversleeping

        * Energy loss

        * Feelings of worthlessness

        * Thoughts of death or suicide

    Depression can run in families, and usually starts between the ages of 15 and 30. It is much more common in women. Women can also get postpartum depression after the birth of a baby. Some people get seasonal affective disorder in the winter. Depression is one part of bipolar disorder. (Read more)

  10. This type of thing happen to me.  I saw an interview coach at a recruiting firm.  They said that when you discuss that job to say what your job duties were and how well you did them.  You left because you grew or there was a restructuring.  Being fired is confidential.  Never say a negative thing about an old job.  Those thoughts are that nasty persons memories in your head.  They are not your god.  You have a new life now.  You have since grown.  Put a dot. (.) and move forward.  Aren't you glad you don't have to deal with that person any more?  You probably would not have been paid well if you would have stayed there anyways.

  11. action follows thought. dwell on negative things and you feed it.
