sorry but you cannot "control " an element , if you do so they will get on your bad side ! you have to try to be friends with them , but they dont make it so easily either you will have to go through a challenge first. If they become your friends you will receive gifts either material or spiritual but dont approach them with such intentions because they wont come . Be very careful in the rituals heres a link:
