  1. 400 pounds is an AWFUL lot of money for having already paid for everything important.  If you're staying all inclusive, why do you need dinner?

Dinner will run between about 7 and 15€, depending on how expensive you go.  If you can do with just two tapas, you might be able to get away at about 3€ plus drinks (about 1€ per).  souvenirs...well that depends how many people you are buying for, and what you want.  It will cost you less if you buy cheap stuff made in China, but you probably want to spend between 5 and 10€ per gift on average.  For that, I would use  a credit card, so you don't have to worry about what to carry.  If all you need is to pay cab fare or bus fare from the airport, you probably need about 100€, to be sure, then spend whatever leftover.  Stamps you can pay by credit card at the tobacco shops, I can't remember what they cost, postcards ran about 5 for 1€ or 2€ for the fancier types (artier or larger than average).  Occasionally, you'll find them for less, but they're usually old, and you can tell.  Postcard stamps, airmail, to US were under 1€ each, I THINK they were ,72 each, but as I say, I can't remember.  I just bought them by the tens or so, and charged them with other things, and didn't pay too close attention.

And if you run out of cash, your ATM card will work, as long as you have a 4 digit PIN.  If you have a 5 digit, you'll need to make other arrangements.

    ¡Buen viaje!

  2. In march there wont be many places to go to as its still closed and cold until around April/May.

  3. depends what part of spain your staying in..... i used to live in alicante area which is pretty cheap about 1.50€ for a bus , not sure about the trains, average dinner if you go to spanish restuarant about €3.00 english  about  ÃƒÂ¢Ã‚‚¬5.00  souviners depends what you want to buy its cheaper to buy from the sea front markets which are normally on of a tuesday or weekend mornings, and stamps 35 cents.......

this is all based on alicante area prices sorry not much use if your staying in allicante area but enjoy your holz :D

  4. 8 days in march

    £400

lets be honest 8 days in lloret not much to do in the daytime

drink all night time talk about boring

obviously you need to pass the time of day

trips to other areas to sample local life are not free (except if you want to buy expensive woolen blankets)

hire of boat to take advantage of clear blue seas

trips to barbeques, mini bullfights etc

you will not do that on 100 euro

  5. Buses and trains are a lot lower than the UK. Stamps are about 60 cents each. Many people send postcards home to friends but invariably get home before the cards are delivered. You won't need to worry about dinner as it's all inclusive, but a meal could cost from €10 euros per person upwards. Souveniers; that could be anything from €1 - €50 depending on what you are buying.

  6. SAME PRICE AS YOUR AVERAGE COUNCIL ESTATE, You have not heard! It's the biggest council estate in EUROPE.

    They filmed shameless in BENELMADENA.
