I am going to munich for 5 days in june and was wondering if 200 euros would be enough. I am staying with family so will not pay much for food, just eat out once or twice. will this be enough fr travel and entry to sights?? also what sites charge entry fees??

  1. 200 euros is not much but it will be enough for a pretzel and a beer and eating out once a day. Also you have to consider transportation. Munich is easy to walk around but it depends on where you are staying. Also some sites require entry fees.

Don't miss the English Garden, Hofbräuhaus and the The Residenz.

  2. I would say your budget is a bit tight, dependig what should be included, but 5 days including  dining out in Munich, you really would need to watch your money very good to last 5 days with 200 € to my opinion.

I think it is possible but really not very much fun  ;-)

    EDIT:

BTW  not necesary to thumb down here as it depends very much on individual standard of living.

@ Blue thumb down was not me  :-)

  3. 200€ is not much but enough. Most sightes like the Viktualienmarkt and the churches are free but you have to pay for museums. Here you can check the sightes and check what you want to see and if they charge entry fees:
