How might a man know whether he has sperm blockage or not?

Would his s***n be different?

  1. he would have a decrease amount of s***n to ejaculate, could be painful with a swollen prostate.  it depends on a number of factors

  3. Barring a bacterial infection, disease (mumps/STD) or prior physical trauma in the pelvic region, a sperm blockage, complete blockage, would tend to be quite rare.

    Remember there are two of everything in the production and transport of sperm up to the prostate.  The s***n will look the same, blockage or not.  A vasectomy blocks all sperm, and the s***n doesn't have any visible changes.

    A sperm count, microscopically, would show whether there is a reduced, or even absent, sperm count.  

    If you are having fertility problems, then a urologist needs to determine where, or if, the problem exists.  If there is a change in s***n, then a specialist should be seen soon.
