Sperm falls without knowing me?

i don't know when sperm falls but i came to know after long observation that while thinking of s*x and may be touching girls and i will know that sperm has falled only after touching p***s and my p***s don't errect while seeing girls nude i do manully erect p***s and do masterbation without any feelings due to this habit only i have the problem of falling sperms without knowing me and but i don't have satisfaction earlier i used to m********e properly my p***s used to erect while seeing girls i have no problems i was desperate to have s*x those days now i don't what happening now my fellings are that i am afraid that i will not have any feelings while seeing my wife if i mary and my p***s will not erect i will not able to intercouse i am afraid tio marry even i am afraid to go to prostitute please give me solution what to don pls if my question is confusing pls ask me

There is nothing wrong with you. You have anxiety syndrome. That causes all the problems you face now. You can consult a good, understanding neuro-psychiatrist for a short duration of treatment and counseling. Secondly, you should not have felt it bad to have masturbated. It does no harm whatsoever. If only you can understand about yourself much better, you will be all right even without counseling. It is worth a try. If you are unable to do so for some reason, you can consult a neuro psychiatrist right away.
