Spices used in meat from TUNISIA ?

Hey guys, I went to Tunisia last year and bought some spices used for meats, its a fantastic spices, but i dont know what the name is, and im runnin out.

Its a very light brown colour and very fine texture, the spice has a hint of corinder. anyone help please.

  1. You can gest spices from the source below to make your own seasoning mix up to any recipe.

    They dont have a Tunisian one ready made, but do have Baharat and Ras-el-hanout which are North African/Middle Eastern seasonings that may be similar - or just something else to try.

    Spices are 84p a pack and postage is £2.50 flat rate so worth stocking up.
