Spicy food and toilets problems?

when i eat the spicy foods and i make teh poo, my butt burns. any advice what i must do?

  1. Stop eating spicy food. Well, you don't have to stop eating it, just don't eat a lot of it.

  11. I adore spicy food, but that happens to me too.  I usually just live with it as the price I have to pay.

    Awhile back I went to a "hotter then h**l" night at a restaurant.  I decided to try some chewable pepto bismol tablets before and after eating, hoping it would coat and sooth my digestive tract.  It worked pretty well.  I would have been in agony without it!

  12. Eat ripe banana(brown spots on the peel) and milk it will cool your body.

  13. If you drink teh milk before and after you eat teh spicy foods, teh poo won't be like teh flames coming out of teh poohole.  And remember, do not light a match whilst on teh loo after eating teh spicy foods.  :)
