Spider Bite? DANGEROUS?!?!?

Question

I have a spider bite. I got it about two days ago. I have been scratching it. It got blotchy and red and has weird little tiny red bumps around it. Is it serious or are the red dots just becuase of me scratching?

if it hasn't spread then you won't die. you're hand'll fall off though, :(

jk, it's fine put some anti itch cream on it though and if it doesn't get better go see the doctor.
