Spider-Man 3 PC Disc not reading

Question

I bought Spider-Man 3 for PC a while ago, I finished the game and now I want install it again but when instillation finished, whenever I started the game with the disc in the drive, a message would appear saying " Please insert the correct DVD-ROM, select ok, and restart application

Any Idea's on how to fix this?

P.S. I bought the game legally and about a year ago.
