Spider-man or Superman?

Who would win in a fight & why?

I go all out for Spidey, Superman is overrated & who wouldn't want the powers of a spider? :P

I'd say neither. Superman is the only other being out in space (other that the people on the planet that got blown up so they don't count anymore). But what the h**l does Spiderman's web stick to when he's out in the open swinging. I'd go for a saiyan like Vegeta, or possibly Broly.

it wouldn't be much of a fight. I'm a Spidey fan all the way, but even though Spidey is lightning quick, Supes can match his speed. It would most likely end in a draw(Supes wouldn't destroy Spidey because that's not what he does). Supes can take what ever Spidey can dish.

Spider-Man wouldn't even be able to harm Superman, but Spider-Man wouldn't last ten seconds against Superman. The fight is too one sided  to even be interesting.

On the other hand, Superman is so overpowered that his stories aren't interesting because he's seldom in any situation that creates any sense of danger. Spider-Man's stories are much better, because he tends to run into villains that are more powerful than he is and has to work hard to defeat them (he's also lost a few fights, which makes him seem much more human than the Big Blue Boyscout). By and large, Spider-Man is a better character than Superman.
