Spiders everywhere!!!!!!?

Question

I just moved into a new townhouse.. and there are woods behind it... i find spiders in my house everyday!!!! what can i do? i have a horrible fear of them and go screaming and running everytime i see one... i almost had a heartack yeterday when there was one in the shower.. please help

Maybe work on the house a bit...make sure you have good tight screens for the windows and doors...Make sure all cracks and crevises are sealed around windows, doors and other openings. Then find a good repelant specific for spiders. Clean your house thouroughly (cabinets, drains, closets, corners...anywhere a spider can hide). Obviously get some help doing this cause if you run into spiders while cleaning then you are most likely not gonna finish out of fear lol. Ask neighbors what they do to keep the spiders out.
