Spies MotoGP in 2009?

Question

I keep seeing rumors that both Chris the V and Capirex are already signed (or about to) for 2009. Where do you think this leaves Spies shot at GP?

I share the same manager as spies, doug gonda and from what I've heard he's definitely going to be in the GP's but they are talking to some teams, just not sure which one he'll go with yet.

It leaves me worried. I was reading this on the soup site a few mins ago. I believe he should be in MotoGP. Maybe the Honda is looking good to him now. I think this story is going to run until the end of this season. I just hope its not an injured rider that gives him a seat. I still think that Cappa is the rider who might not get re-signed.
