Spiky Skinned Fruit?

Question

It's similar to the durian but not "stinky." You peel and eat the flesh surrounding the seeds. The fruit is also rather sticky but dry. In Chinese, it's called "tree pineapple." What's the fruit called?

It's called Durian.  

I can always smell it a mile away at the Chinese supermarket.
