Spinning Composter?

My husband and I have a composter but have decided a spinning version would be more beneficial. We are looking for a DIY design, or a reasonabley priced one. Help!

Try going to about.com & put garden, gardening, or composting into their search box until you get to the right area.

Have you tried the DIY network website?

Some of the "natural gardening" websites have DIY projects.  "Mother Earth" -style sites have many money-saving/saving-the-Earth ideas; most of which are inexpensive.
