Spinning on toe pick? ?

Okay after I get out of combo back crossovers, ballet jump, then into a 1foot spin. after I get out of the ballet jump my 1foot spin is always on my toe pick. I can do a 1foot spin regularly, but just not after any jump..Any tips?

  1. Don't rush into the spin and make sure you fiish the jump completely.


  2. Dont lean for ward to much, and make sure ur knee is centered over ur foot, bend down a bit to gain control and slowly come up, im working on a similar thing right now, and i have a test this saturday on it. that is how i plan to pass hahaa. good luck!

  3. Just focus on landing or spinning on the ball of your foot the whole time, imagine yourself doing it perfectly, and it will make the world of a difference.

  4. Make sure you don't lean forward too much... That used to happen to me too... Also, try to bend your knees more....

  5. bending your knees will really help. Plus, you can try deepening and lengthening your edges more. And don't make your movements hurried. Relax.
