Spirit Guide information please...?

I was just wondering how you find out who your spirit guide is and just general information about them...

you would be fortunate to find out,ask before you go to sleep.

after some time you will get an answer.

one way is to meditate and go to a place that is your sanctuary - whether this be something fictitious or somewhere in reality, and ask that your spirit guide be known to you...it may take a few attempts, but make sure you ask clearly and ask that the spirit guide be made clear to you so u dont get confused!

i think there are a number of ways of getting in contact with your spirit guide, i'm trying to do the same and i was told to do it this way.  i'm just working on strengthening my meditation first though!

stay away from that,......you don't know what entity disguised as your guide will latch on,   I'm not saying its a common occurrence...but it has happened...beware
