Spirit Guides...?

Question

I would like to open myself up to get to know my spirit guide. Can someone who knows theirs and speaks to theirs, teach me how?

Spirit guides are imaginary friends for grown ups.  This sounds like I'm poking fun at you and others, but I'm not.  I am dead serious.  Spirit guides are imaginary friends.

I'll assume you would wonder why I as a skeptic would answer any questions in the paranormal section.  My answer is because there is nothing anywhere that suggests only true believers are allowed in this section.

Isn't this a religious question?  This isn't even an "alternative" science. My answer is that there is no reason to think that "spirit guides" even exist, so I think you're on a wild goose chase. But if its your religious belief that they do, well, more power to you.

EDIT: Whether or not I believe in the paranormal, I still find it interesting to participate in answering questions. We are in the Science & Mathematics category, after all. And I do enjoy helping others here in helping to steer them towards a more rational way of thinking.

There are many spirit voices. The Holy Spirit is the only one you can rely on that has your eternal interest at heart. In Revelations it says that any who practice the magic arts, the occult, contacting the dead will be cast into the eternal lake of fire at God's judgement. Many people have become demon possessed by opening themselves up to voices and spirit guides. This is very dangerous. Give your heart and life to God's Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ. He will send His Holy Spirit to guide you in every area of your life. Choose wisely!
