Spirit Trap: Does anybody know where that house is?

I'm currently watching Spirit Trap. The film isn't very good but the house that the characters are staying in is beautiful! Does anyone know where it is?

Spirit Trap is a horror film released in August 2005 in the UK. It stars Billie Piper, Luke Mably, Emma Catherwood, Sam Troughton and Alsou. It was written by Phil O'Shea, directed by David Smith, and produced by Susie Brooks-Smith.

When five unsuspecting students move into a dilapidated mansion, a mysterious spirit clock, long since disused, is set into motion. As the walls of reality slowly fall away, and dark secrets are revealed, the group are thrown headlong into a downward spiral of paranoia, murderous intent and supernatural horror.

Alsou's self-penned ballad 'Teardrops' is played over the end credits.

The film was apparently done on the cheap & it was all filmed in Bucharest, Romania.  The house that's featured in the film which is meant to be in North London is actually in Bucharest too - although I'm not sure if the house actually exists or if it was built as part of the set.
