Hope everyone is fairing well. What effects are happening near you?

I'm in Washington, DC. So far, just LOTS of rain. Wind is only now starting pick up. We should be on the trailing edge of the storm in another few hours.

Philly's getting dumped on! Who else?

I was just looking at accuweather.com radar, and I see it's heading here towards New York.  I have my rubber boots ready :-)

I have also been wondering about my friends along the "EAST COAST"...

and

Now it looks like we also have to worry about the one named IKE...Will it hit Florida?

Will it go into the Gulf?!?  This is just to sad...I feel so bad for these people and what they are going through with all the storms..!!

I live in Central Illinois...and we got wind & rain on this past Thursday from Hanna...it rained for about 20 hours straight...but nothing like the East Coast is experiencing...
