Spiritually Speaking, why do foreign men always wear sweaters?

I NEVER see American men in sweaters. Why is this?

Lol - whaaat?  

I see people wearing sweaters in autumn and winter.  I guess maybe some people who have lived in warm climates are used to the warm weather and not used to the cold weather so they are colder than the people around them when cold weather comes.  It's all about adjusting.  And they might not mind sweaters when you think it's hot if they are used to living in climates where it is MUCH hotter.

If you been to Europe, Canada or the US bordering states you'd realise the weather can change quickly into four seasons in one day being in the northern jet stream. One minute it could be stinking hot, then strong northerly winds come from the Artic and it becomes freezing, followed by down pouring rain and it becomes sunny again.This is why you always carry or wear a sweater.  

Most of the USA and southern Europe is within the tropic of Cancer region and Equator in the northern hemisphere. The weather cycles remain much longer, this is why you wouldn't see men and women always wearing a sweater or a jacket like you always would do in nothern Europe.  

It's the same in the southern hemisphere the weather moves slower between the Equator and the tropic of Capricorn region until you get to the Southern jet stream it becomes four seasons in one day. So you see people in New Zealand, Tasmania, Melbourne Australia, Chile, Uruguay and Argentina also carrying or wearing a sweaters.

No offense but this has to be one of the poorest observations ever! I see many Americans wearing sweaters and I have friends from Europe and Asia that rarely if ever wear sweaters. And what does this have to do with anyone's spirituality? The only thing I can think of is that this may relate to your social class. Are you poor? Perhaps lower socioeconomic Americans are less likely to wear sweaters.

Most of the USA is south of the 49° north latitude, but Europe extends from 36° North at the southernmost point all the way up to 63° North. The Northeren coast of Poland for example is actually farther North than Hudson's Bay (with the polar bears).

People wear sweaters because they are practical and much better for dealing with damp cold weather than jackets or hoodies. Also wearing black hoodies in Brittain tends to make people think you are a 'chav'.

Why do people keep using this stupid catch-phrase "spiritually speaking" in such an out of context manner?
