No, for a few reasons. The biggest one is that souls are the biggest load of bull ever.

At conception a zygote forms. A zygote is not a fetus. It is only 'human' when it is a fetus. For those who don't know a zygote is basically the stage between conception and the embryo forming, it is just a few cells that have yet to differentiate.
