Spiritually ,  swore at some dear loved near innocent people.   Like a garbage mouth.    Couldn't stop.

I plan to meditate to a list of male and female names, and associate each one with a face I know.

Asking that question about incest...I just needed some info

Well, it's complicated and I don't want to get into it, but I couldn't find the right info on the topic for research and so when I posted, at least 2 people , with their "holier-than-thou", judgeful selves put me down and misinterpreted the question. Then when I emailed them, i got no responses back. I HATE ppl like that who think they better than everyone else...I want to forget them and for them to do the same of me....
