No, often times with me, it is just the beginning of some sort of a spiritual  journey. The first hour I put on some dead or Beatles then when it hits hard I move into some Ravi shankar or just silence. Is there anything more beautiful then feeling  eternity in between time or when the self dissolves and you become one with everything.
