Or should it be subjective? As a Canadian, a country with anti-hate speech legislation and no constitutional right to free speech, I was not surprised to read the following:

I personally agree with this, but thought my southern neighbours might feel differently.
So what do you think....can free speech be too free, or should it be weighed against the damage it can pose to another?
